Linda Stilwell: Senior Service Co-ordinator: Linda is responsible for all aspects of service delivery. She meets and assesses Clients in their own homes then matches the most suitable Home Support Worker with the individual Client. In the "Cycle of Selection" she screens, interviews and hires new personnel on an ongoing basis. Supervising the day to day care and interactions between Client and Home Support Worker, she also acts as a problem solver and liaison between the Department of Social Development and family members.

Kim Wright: Administrative Assistant, responsible for all billing and payroll processing for the four offices. Kim serves an integrale role by making sure the Client bills are clearly presented and the Workers are properly welcomed and paid accurately. She also assists with Client-Worker co-ordination and carries the Emergency Phone.

Fiona Austin: Fiona is the other calm voice who answers the Emergency Phone, and provides solutions in the early hours of the morning.

Tammy Duplessis: Tammy brings 11 years of experience working as a Home Support Worker and the unmeasureable benefits of having grown up in Sussex, to her position as Branch Manager of the Sussex office. Similar to Linda's position at the Head Office, Tammy interviews, assesses, hires, introduces and monitors the on-going service for the Sussex area Clients and Workers.

Evelyn Fox: Responsible for scheduling and co-ordinating Client Care in Fredericton, Evelyn brings a lifetime of caregiving skills to her position. She has a unique perspective and works with Social Development to put together plans of care addressing some very challenging situations.
